These high level reports are perfect for board members and senior leaders that either do not have direct access to your culture analytics, or that do not monitor it in real-time.
Board reports are often left unread due to the length of them, or the nature of their content. Listen Léon reports are designed to engage people in three ways.
When you create a board and management report you will see the email body is full of {variables}. These variables are automatically pre-filled with the relevant data specific to your chosen date period. This enables a board member or senior leader to digest high level information directly from the email body itself.
Live dashboard
At the bottom of the email body is a secure link to a version of your real-time Culture Intelligence® dashboard. The dashboard shown to recipients relies solely on the parameters you set during the sending process and will not allow functionality such as navigation, filters, or date changes. If you wish to give someone more access, you can do this by adding them as a user within your account settings.
The final option for these reports is a PDF report that can be attached to the email. When compiling the recipients and setting the parameters, you are able to toggle a PDF attachment on or off.
Recipients
You can add a list of recipients and either select all, or select individuals to receive the report when sending. It is very agile and designed to be flexible. The recipients do not need to have emails at your domain, and neither do they require a Listen Léon account to receive or view any of the reports.
Previous reports
You are able to access all of your previous reports and download the PDF as well as visit the secure dashboard representative to each individual report. You will find the reports on the first page of the Management Reports tab.
