Getting Started

1. Onboarding process
The first step on your Listen Léon journey once you have been issued with an account by your employer/admin is to follow the instructions within your welcome emails. This involves joining our onboarding platform to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for both you as a client, and us as a provider of services.
2. Getting to know the onboarding platform
Once you have access to the onboarding platform you will see a list of tasks that have date sensitive due dates. Tasks we need you to perform will be assigned to you. There will be the all important estimated Go Live Date, and a complete structure of how together, we get there as smoothly and as hassle free as possible.
3. Core team
We will set Listen Léon live with your core team a week or two prior to your planned organization ‘Go Live date’. This will allow for questions and key people within the business to become familiar with both the Client Dashboards as well as the mobile application.
4. Go Live day has arrived
Finally, after all tasks have been completed, employees have been communicated too, and all technical integration is complete, it’s time for Listen Léon to Go Live within your organization.
Both sides will know the precise date and time of the go live. Let the fun and positivity begin!
